Filling Equipment

Colpitt delivers bag filling equipment for a wide variaty of applications - anticoagulant solution for blood bags; solutions for IV bags, dialysis bags and multichamber bags; etc. Our machine range is wide and flexible so that filling and sealing of a very wide range of bag types made from a similarly wide range of materials (PP, PE,  PVC, EVOH,...) is possible. Semi-automatic or fully-automatic feed systems can be used dependent on output requirements.

Integral CIP/SIP systems provide uncomplicated and quick cleaning and sterilisation. Individual equipment options such as bag evacuation and the possibility of gas filling, checking of the residual air volume as well as residual oxygen content are available and enable a customer-specific machine design. Upgrades and expansions can also be simply implemented at a later point in time.

The filling and sealing capacities extend to filling volumes of 5,000 ml and outputs of up to 10,000 bags per hour.
