Fully automatic PP-bag manufacturing, including fully automatic filling, closing

Recently a brand new fully automatic thermo contact PP bagmachine has been installed in Spain (single bags from 100ml to 1000ml with double injection moulded portsystem and capclosing feature). The machine has been designed to process both layflat tubular film and double wound single film.

The restart followed after the successful delivery of semi-automatic systems to the Czech Republic and Indonesia producing bags from layflat tubular film.

The first fully automatic PP bagmachine has been delivered to Ireland more than 12 years ago and is today still in full operation……. making PP bags out of multilayer film from the US; small bags (100ml), medium sizes and large bags, including flange type double port systems,  all in one machine. Because of the revolutionary automatic stripping system the machine has been nicknamed ‘Jurassic Park’.

  The latest, break-through, fully automatic FFS machine for single and multi-chamber bags with breakable separation seals (weak seals) has been sold to a famous company in India. The 12-station Colpitt rotary machine processes a range of single and double wound films from the US, Europe and the Far East; making and filling every required PP bag one may wish to make….

 Apart from injection-moulded ports the machine is also capable of using tubes as port system

Many options are available on basic 8-station, 10-station, 12-station or 16-station machines from Colpitt-Holland; including the option of a, German quality, fully automatic filling machine, providing simultaneous filling up to three solutions with tube closing or capsuling. Fully automatic overwrapping can be installed in-line on request.

Colpitt has installed in the USA a large fully automatic robotized blood bag-making machine capable to produce a large range of different sizes bloodbags with an output of some 1800 units per hour.
